Master of Science in Applied Health Sciences (Health Sciences) thesis defence
Hannah Mechelse, a Master of Science in Applied Health Sciences candidate, will defend the thesis “Exploring the Feasibility of Introducing Immersive Virtual Reality for Recreation in Long-Term Care: A Qualitative Study” on Tuesday, April 14 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in STH 361.

Emma Lewis, a Master of Arts in Applied Health Sciences candidate, will defend the thesis “Navigating Gendered Terrain: A Critical Feminist Exploration of Women’s Experiences with Classroom Management as Physical Education Teachers in Canada” on Thursday, April 16 from 9 a.m. to noon in STH 452.

Nicholas Holditch, a Master of Science in Physics candidate, will defend the thesis “Investigating Lipase Stability in Hydrophobic Solvent at Extreme Temperatures: A Molecular Dynamics Study of Candida Antarctica Lipase B in Polydimethylsiloxane” on Tuesday, April 14 at 9:30 a.m. in WH147.
