Thesis defences — March 2 to March 6

The following is a list of thesis defences taking place between Monday, March 2 and Friday, March 6.

Master of Science in Applied Health Sciences (Health Sciences) thesis defence

Madeline Mantler, a Master of Science in Applied Health Sciences candidate, will defend the thesis “Exploring the Perspectives of a Mobile Crisis Response Team in a Rural Ontario Community: A Qualitative Case Study” on Thursday, March 5 from 1 to 4 p.m. in online format.

The examination committee includes Connie Schumacher, Chair; Asif Khowaja, Supervisor; Zaida Rahaman, External Examiner (Brock University); and Farhana Madhani and Scott Neufeld, Committee Members.

Doctor of Philosophy in Biological Sciences thesis defence

Melanie Denommé Stauder, a Doctor of Philosophy candidate in the Department of Biological Sciences, will defend the thesis “Analyzing common husbandry practices and potential indicators of welfare in Pogona vitticeps” on Wednesday, March 4 at 10 a.m. in PLZ 600F.
