Building on its ongoing commitment to create an inclusive and barrier-free campus, Brock University is inviting input from faculty, staff and students on its 2025–2030 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan (MYAP).
Developed in alignment with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requirements, the MYAP is a five-year roadmap that outlines how the University will identify, remove and prevent barriers to accessibility for individuals with disabilities within the Brock and broader community.
Informed by consultations with individuals with disabilities, the plan establishes specific goals and actions to enhance accessibility at Brock across areas such as information and communication, customer service, design of public spaces and employment. To ensure accountability, transparency and continuous improvement, the University will review and update the plan regularly to track progress and respond to emerging needs.
A draft version of Brock University’s MYAP is available to review on the Human Rights and Equity website.
Feedback will be accepted through the Multi-Year Accessibility Plan (MYAP) community feedback form until Friday, Dec. 12 at 5 p.m.
