Brock University graduate student thesis defences are scheduled for next week. The following is a list of thesis defences taking place between Monday, July 21 and Friday, July 25.
Master of Arts in Applied Health Sciences (Recreation, Sport and Community) thesis defence
Cary Foo, a Master of Arts in Applied Health Sciences candidate, will defend the thesis “Sport Policy in Prince Edward Island: A Case Study” on Tuesday, July 22 from 9 a.m. to noon in STH 361.
The examination committee includes Corliss Bean, Chair; Kyle Rich, Supervisor; Laurie Brinklow, External Examiner (University of Prince Edward Island); and Garrett Hutson and Jonathon Edwards, Committee Members.
Master of Arts in Game Studies thesis defence
Stuart Gritter, a Master of Arts in Game Studies candidate, will defend the thesis “Speedrunners and Motivation: Self-Determination Theory Applied to a Speedrunning Community” on Friday, Aug. 22 at 10 a.m. in RFP 216 and via Teams.
