Every June, Brock’s campus comes alive with celebration as students mark the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. It’s a time filled with pride and unforgettable moments — and you can be part of it.

The 117th Spring Convocation ceremonies will take place from Tuesday, June 10 to Friday, June 13, and faculty and staff are invited to volunteer and help bring these special days to life.

There is a range of roles available, including welcoming guests, assisting graduands in the gowning room, announcing graduates’ names and distributing diplomas.

Volunteers can select the dates and times that work best for them and are reminded to get approval from their manager or supervisor if shifts fall during scheduled work hours.
