Thesis defences — April 28 to May 2

The following is a list of thesis defences taking place between Monday, April 28 and Friday, May 2.

Master of ​Science in Applied Health Sciences (Kinesiology) thesis defence

Ali Huchinson, a Master of Science in Applied Health Sciences candidate, will defend the thesis “#Fitspiration and Body Dissatisfaction: Application of the Tripartite Influence Model in Men” on Tuesday, April 29 from 1 to 4 p.m. in WC 204.

The examination committee includes Stephen Klassen, Chair; Kim Gammage, Supervisor; Elaine Ori, External Examiner (Mount Royal University); and Phil Sullivan and Sean Locke, Committee Members.

Master of Arts in Applied Disability Studies thesis defence

Taylor Kanitz, a Master of Arts in Applied Disability Studies candidate, will defend the thesis “A Within-Subject Comparison of Naturalistic Behaviour Intervention and Discrete Trial Teaching on the Acquisition of Verbal Operants” on Monday, April 28 from 1 to 3 p.m. in virtual format.
