Brock employees, alumni recognized for local business leadership

Almost a dozen Brock University alumni and staff have been recognized as community and business leaders in Niagara.

Business Link Media Group announced the recipients of the 20th annual 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Awards on Thursday, April 6. The awards celebrate 40 individuals under the age of 40 who have made outstanding contributions to the growth and prosperity of the Niagara community.

Among the 11 Brock community members recognized were University staff members Matthew Melnyk, Director, Student Recruitment, and Kaitlyn Daw, Communications Officer, Development and Alumni Relations.

Daw, Melnyk and their fellow recipients will celebrate their accomplishments at the 20th 40U40 Awards Gala on Thursday, May 25 in Niagara Falls.
