January employee wellness calendar features time management webinar

Between work deadlines, family commitments and ever-increasing to-do lists, it can often seem like there isn’t enough time in the day to get everything accomplished.

An upcoming online group coaching session led by certified life and wellness coach Kimberly Anderson will help Brock University employees evaluate and prioritize tasks.

Not Enough Time in the Day will take place Thursday, Jan. 20 from noon to 1 p.m. via Microsoft Teams.

The free online employee wellness event is a highlight of the January Wellness Calendar prepared by Brock’s Health Management and Wellness Team.

Other initiatives featured in the calendar include a link to a video recording of a recent webinar that outlined resources and perks of Brock’s Employee and Family Assistance Program provider Lifeworks; the University’s participation in a year-long initiative to make kindness the norm; a teaser about a ‘reset’ initiative kicking off within the next several weeks; and a SharePoint link to find additional employee wellness resources.

Additional wellness and professional development events available to employees can be found on Focus on Learning and ExperienceBU. (For the latter, select categories such as ‘Faculty/Staff welcome’, ‘Health & Wellness’ and ‘Workshops & Skill Development’ to help narrow the search.)
