Brock Central @ The Registrar’s Office is offering a new way to connect with its student information and service advisors.
A new service launched last week allows current and past students to chat virtually with the Brock Central team through an easy-to-use real-time service option. The ‘Chat with Us’ button will now appear on the Brock Central website when live chat services are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday.
Future students are encouraged to visit Discover Brock, where a live chat option is also available through the ‘Ask Me’ button.
The new live chat function will support students with simple, instant and efficient online service. The Brock Central team also has the ability to convert the live chat conversation into an audio of video call if necessary.
In order to maintain student privacy, Brock Central asks that students not share personal information such as student ID number or date of birth without being asked for it. Detailed information can only be provided to Brock students, and not family members, friends or third parties.
