The following is a list of thesis defences taking place virtually from Monday, March 15 to Friday, March 19.

Educational Studies PhD thesis defence

Ghazala Ahmed, a PhD candidate in Educational Studies, will defend her thesis “South Asian Immigrant Women Conceptualizing Gender Roles in the Context of Family and Society in Southwestern Ontario” on Wednesday, March 17 from 2 to 5 p.m. in virtual format.

The examination committee members are Wendy Ward, Chair; Kamini Jaipal-Jamani, Supervisor; Bipasha Baruah, External Examiner (Western University); Hijin Park, Internal Examiner; and Dolana Mogadime and Andrew Allen, Advisory Committee.
