Thesis defences — Sept. 14 to 18

The following is a list of these defences taking place virtually from Monday, Sept. 14 to Friday, Sept. 18.

Master of Science thesis defence

Taylor Lidster, a Master of Science candidate in the Department Biological Sciences, will defend her thesis titled “Investigating how Notch, and JAK/STAT Signaling Synergistically Regulate Intestinal Stem Cell Homeostasis Using Engineered Optogenetic Alleles” on Monday, Sept. 14 at 11 a.m. in virtual format.

The examination committee includes Cheryl McCormick, Chair; Aleksandar Necakov, Supervisor; Phillip Karpowicz, External Examiner (University of Windsor); and Jeffrey Stuart and Robert Carlone, Committee Members.
