Workshop to help instructors include business ethics in classroom dialogue

When using a case-based teaching approach, discussions about business ethics sometimes get overlooked in the broader conversation.

This week, Goodman’s Luncheon Speaker Series will help instructors see how easy it is to include ethical considerations in classroom discourse.

Presented in a workshop style, Paul Dunn, Associate Professor of Ethics in the Goodman School of Business, will use an actual business dilemma to show his colleagues how to lead students through analysis of a case that includes both economic and ethical aspects.

The Goodman speaker series provides an informal opportunity to listen to and discuss recent advances in research, teaching and practices.

This week’s workshop will run from 12:30 to 2 p.m. in Goodman School of Business Room 208.

Goodman faculty, staff and graduate students are invited to attend.
