Busy July for Brock’s community engagement teams

With summer in Niagara comes plenty of festivals, family activities and sporting events.

That means a great opportunity for Brock University community engagement, which will see the Brock brand represented at 10 events over the next nine weeks.

This Saturday, July 7, Brock will be at Ridgeway Summer Festival, and then on Sunday, the University will be at Welland’s popular Floatfest on the Recreational Canal. On July 13 and 14, Brock will be at the Welland Concert Series with performances by U2 and Taylor Swift tribute bands, respectively.

July 21 will mark the annual Pelham Summerfest in downtown Fonthill, and then on July 30 it’s the opening ceremonies for the World Canoe Polo Championships in Welland.

August will see Brock represented at St. Catharines Rotary Ribfest (Aug. 3 to 6), Moonlight Flicks in Port Dalhousie (Aug. 16), the TriKids Triathlon in Port Colborne (Aug. 19), the Charles Daley Park Sunset Concert Series (Aug. 21) and finally Fan Expo in Toronto Aug. 30 until Sept. 2.
