Brock University’s administrative offices will be closed for the Victoria Day holiday weekend from Saturday, May 19 to Monday, May 21, reopening Tuesday, May 22 at 8:30 a.m.

However, some key areas at the University’s St. Catharines campus will remain open.

Campus Security

Officers are available 24-7 by phoning x3200, via emergency phones on campus, by emailing security@brocku.ca or through the Brock Mobile App.

Campus Store

The Campus Store closes at 4:30 p.m. on Friday and will remain closed until 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, when it resumes spring/summer hours.

Food establishments 

The Guernsey Market closes at 3 p.m. on Friday and will remain closed until 10 a.m. on Tuesday, when it resumes spring/summer hours.

Hungry Badger closes at 5 p.m. on Friday. It will be open Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Lowenberger Residence Dining Hall and DeCew Residence Dining Hall are closed for the spring/summer.

Subway in Union Station will close at 3 p.m. on Friday and will remain closed until 11 a.m. on Tuesday, when it resumes spring/summer hours. 

Tim Hortons in Thistle will close at 5 p.m. on Friday and remain closed until 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, when it resumes spring/summer hours. Tim Hortons in Schmon Tower is closed for the spring/summer. 

James A. Gibson Library

The James A. Gibson Library closes at 8 p.m. on Friday and will remain closed until 8 a.m. on Tuesday, when it resumes spring/summer hours. 

Parking Services

Parking Services closes at 4:30 p.m. on Friday and will remain closed until 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, when it resumes normal hours of operation.

Free parking is available in Zone 1 and 2, however, parking is prohibited in both zones from 2 to 5 a.m.

Rodman Hall Art Centre

Rodman Hall Art Centre closes at 5 p.m. on Friday. It will be open Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. It will be closed Monday. Normal hours of operation resume at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

Student Health Services

Student Health Services will be closed Friday to Monday. It will resume spring hours at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Walker Sports Complex/The Zone

The Walker Sports Complex closes at 9 p.m. on Friday. It will be open Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Complex will be closed Monday. Spring hours will resume 7 a.m. on Tuesday.
