With the warm weather’s arrival comes the return of a popular University tradition — the weekly Farmers Market in Jubilee Court.
Beginning Thursday, May 24, a variety of artisans, crafters, musicians and food vendors will set up outside each Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. as part of the annual event.
“The Farmers Market allows a fun twist on our regular work week routine,” says Damon Currie, Hospitality and Events Co-ordinator, Conferences and Event Services. “Shop local vendors, enjoy some sunshine and take in live music. It’s a great way to spend your lunch hour.”
New to this year’s lineup will be a booth that will encourage faculty and staff to learn more about services available on campus year round. The Brock Athletic Therapy Clinic will also be set up for the first time to share information about the clinic and its services, as well as answers any questions from faculty, staff and students.
