The Health, Safety and Wellness Champion Award annually recognizes Brock faculty and staff, either as individuals or as a department, for championing a culture of health, safety and wellness at Brock University. Nominations are now open for Brock’s 2017-18 Health, Safety and Wellness Champion Award.
Presented by Brock’s department of Health, Safety and Wellness, the annual award was introduced in 2016 to recognize individuals or departments for championing a culture of health, safety and wellness.
Nomination forms are available on SharePoint and must be submitted to besafe@brocku.ca by May 1.
The winner will be announced during the opening plenary on Wellness Day, June 14.
The inaugural award was presented in June 2017 to Karl Thorp, Senior Platoon Supervisor with Campus Security Services.
