Grey Cup, Ti-Cats players coming to Brock University

The symbol of success and victory in Canadian football is coming to Brock University.

The Grey Cup, along with two players from the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, will make an appearance at Brock’s Alumni Field Wednesday, July 26 as part of the University’s Youth Flag Football League.

The league is part of the Canadian Football League’s Flag initiative designed to be a fun environment for boys and girls between six and 15 years old who have either never played the game before or would like to keep playing under flag football rules.

As part of the Flag program, the CFL will bring the Grey Cup along with two Ti-Cat players to Alumni Field Wednesday, July 26 at 6 p.m. Hamilton linebacker Larry Dean has been confirmed as one of the players and the second will be announced Monday.

Members of the Brock community are welcome to attend.
