Brock ITS is continuing its Security Awareness Program with the Encryption campaign — aimed at protecting sensitive data and preventing unauthorized people from gaining access to restricted contents.
ITS recommends the following University information, as well as personal information, always be encrypted:
- Financial information
- Confidential departmental information
- Student records
- Exam results
- Research work or any other sensitive information
- Tax returns
- Photos and videos
