Brock University celebrates homecoming weekend

Brock University’s Homecoming Weekend has arrived.

More than 700 Brock alumni are expected to attend the festivities being held September 17-20 at and around the University.

From class reunions to alumni recognition events to Badgers home games, homecoming weekend is one of the biggest weekends of the year at the University. One of the highlights will be the much-anticipated Red Dinner Saturday night complete with food trucks, local wine and live music. Though registration is closed for events, some tickets are still available. Contact for more information.

The following are a list of events planned for Homecoming weekend:

3-5 p.m. Golf Tournament (Brock Golf Course)
6:30-9:30 p.m. Café Crawl
7:15 p.m. Men’s Hockey vs. Guelph, Steel Blade Tourney (Seymour-Hannah)

12-1:30 p.m. Grape Stomp (Jubilee Court)
3 p.m. Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts Grand Opening Celebration
7:15 p.m. Men’s Hockey vs. Windsor, Steel Blade Tourney (Seymour-Hannah)
*Four FREE shuttles for Brock students will be leaving Friday at 6:30 p.m. near Isaac’s patio
8 p.m. Alumni Pub Night (Mansion House)

11 a.m. Official Homecoming Party (Isaac’s)
12 p.m. Turf Field Opening Ceremonies (Turf Field)
12 p.m. Women’s Rugby vs. Laurier (Rugby Pitch)
1 p.m. Women’s Soccer vs. York (Soccer Pitch)
1 p.m. Men’s Lacrosse vs. Western (Turf Field)

The Alumni Association is offering an exclusive free shuttle bus to and from Niagara on Saturday Sept. 19. Visit for more information.

Parking is available in Zone 1 for homecoming events Saturday.
