Go Global with Goodman!

Though we are well into the winter term of 2017, one can’t help but look back at the New Years resolutions we may or may not have stuck to. How is the “new you” doing? Sticking to that diet? Hitting the gym as often as you’d like? No worries! After all there is always next year.

However, if you decided you wanted to travel more this year, look no further. The Goodman School of Business has partnered with multiple business school around the globe to give students the opportunity to experience a new country and earn credits towards their degree at the same time.

Want to study abroad? Here’s what you need to know about a Goodman Exchange:

You have a large selection of schools to choose from and the academic advisors as well as the International Exchange Assistant will make sure you meet all the requirements. With options in the UK, Spain, France, Italy, Mexico, Germany, Poland, Australia, Brazil, China, and many more. (Click here for a map of all the places you can go!)

All the courses are taught in English. Although you might want to learn your chosen countries language and about the culture before you go.

You pay the same tuition as you do at Brock. Since Brock has established partnerships, you don’t have to worry about international student fees but will still have to pay for your living expenses. Every country differs in cost so do your research!

Apply in your second year! This means you will travel in your third year. However, if you apply in your third year, you will travel in fourth year. If there are any conflicts, it could affect when you graduate.

Every student that has gone on an exchange has returned to Brock with memories, rewarding experience, and a few credits going towards their degree. Overall they found it amazing and would do again if they could.
