This completed study provided a national representation of the state of outdoor and nature-based learning programs within Canada. The results identify gaps in services, particularly amongst diverse and/or marginalized populations. Moreover, insights from nature-based educators on the benefits and challenges of implementing nature-based programs will help inform pre-service and in-service training needs for all educators.
