Imagine a space where tinkers and makers create and build inclusive communities, foster their own and others’ curiosity, creativity, inventiveness, and address the complexities of sustainability of the human and more-than-human world. The Transforming Futures Team seeks to create an imaginative thinking and learning space to provide opportunities for tacit-experimental learning and research, revisiting, reframing questions, asking new questions, and thinking differently within education means moving beyond traditional boundaries and designing futures through imaginative transdisciplinary synergies.
We aim to focus on examining complex problems from a variety of perspectives and contexts, combining technology, aesthetics and material understandings. We share our work in hopes to invent solutions for the needs of humans and nature, within an empathetic appreciation of the world and all its inhabitants.
