Behnaz Mirzai is exhibiting her photos from Iran for Black History Month this week.

A photo exhibit from a professor of Middle Eastern and Iranian history has kicked off a full slate of events at Brock for Black History Month.

Until tomorrow, the photography by associate professor Behnaz Mirzai is on display in the Sean O’Sullivan Theatre. “Eyes in the Desert” marks the first time Mirzai’s pictures from Iran have been exhibited. The photos explore the daily life and complex culture in remote villages of southern Iran.
