A Brock graduate student and business professor have won a prestigious award for a finance paper they co-authored.
At the recent Popular Culture Association/American Culture Association annual conference, held in Washington, D.C., Malisa Kurtz, a humanities PhD student and graduate of Brock, was awarded the 2013 science fiction/fantasy area’s 2013 Graduate Student Scholar Award for her paper entitled, Becoming animal and multiplicity in Lauren Beukes’s Zoo City (2010).
The Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies hosted its annual community appreciation reception, bringing community partners to Brock to celebrate another year of collaborative success.
