Director: Tom Arkell, Community Services

Learning never stops. Lifelong learning has today become a way of life. We thrive and survive in this ever-changing, complex world through continuous learning and self-improvement. Brock University invites you to be a part of Live Younger Longer (LYL).

LYL is aimed at mature adults who wish to keep their minds active, constantly seeking new experiences and learning new things. Healthy mind, healthy body; LYL offers you a shared experience in which people will grow closer, bond and share parts of their future with new local acquaintances.

Brock University's continuing education program consists of numerous opportunities for you to be an academic again; to learn new skills, to travel, to meet new people and do something you haven't done before. We want to help you maintain purpose and meaning in your life, to help you with your career, or much deserved retirement, your health, your relationships, your community, your being.
