About Thrive

Thrive is also a mindset. Health is an issue that touches all our lives and being mentally healthy is relevant to all of us. We can develop and strengthen our mental health through learning, thinking, and talking about it. Thrive week creates a forum for discovering new skills and the resources available at Brock University to help us Thrive all year long.

The Thrive week events have been designed to educate, reduce stigma, and promote conversation. Individuals will develop specific skills that can be used to build and maintain positive health. They will be equipped with resources on how to support individual self-care and resiliency. You are encouraged to participate in all the events we have during Thrive Week!
