Each September, Student Life and Success collaborates with municipal by-law in Thorold and St. Catharines, Niagara Region, Niagara Regional Police Service and St. Catharines and Thorold Fire and Emergency Services to welcome Brock students to the community with Welcome Kits distributed door-to-door. During the neighbourhood visits staff also connect with long term residents to provide them with Off-Campus Living and Neighbourhood Relations resources.

The Welcome Wagon bags include resources on topics and services related to living off-campus, including municipal by-laws and regulations, waste management, local business information, volunteering in Niagara, the Good Neighbour Guide and much more.
