The Brock Student Local Guide is a printed resource designed to introduce Brock students to the products and services offered by local businesses. It’s a fantastic opportunity to promote your business, showcase your services, and offer discounts to Brock student customers.

This year, 1,000 full-color guides will be printed and distributed in Welcome Wagon bags during our door-to-door neighborhood visits in September, at campus-wide Welcome Week events, and in other prime locations across campus. Brock staff will hand these guides directly to students! Additionally, a digital version of the Brock Student Local Guide will be available online at brocku.ca/off-campus-living.

Limited full-page landscape (6”x 4”) color advertisements are available.

Spots for the 2025 guides will be accepted starting in May 2025.

Off-Campus Living sends a monthly e-newsletter to approximately 1,000 Brock off-campus student subscribers. This is a great opportunity to feature your business directly in students’ inboxes. There are 11 opportunities for this sponsorship each academic year, October to August, available on a first come, first served basis.

Spots for the upcoming academic year will open in May.

Student Life and Success hosts multiple off-campus student events throughout the year, designed to help students build connections with each other and integrate into their local community. These events offer a unique opportunity for your business to engage directly with students in meaningful ways.

As a sponsor, your business could be a Title Sponsor and gain premium visibility by having your business name featured as the event’s title sponsor, with branding opportunities on event materials, promotional campaigns, and during the event itself.
