Our platform connects you with Brock students actively searching for housing, ensuring your listings get maximum exposure to the right audience.
Property Listings
All property listings include quick search features for students with comprehensive mapping with distance to campus, and allow you to add:
- Detailed description (up to 2000 characters)
- amenity icons
- up to 24 photos *
- floor plans (PDF, JPEG or GIF)
- Matterport virtual tour link
*JPEG or .GIF formats are most compatible. All digital photos that are uploaded will automatically be scaled to 800×800 pixel size.
Upgrades
Featured Property
Featured properties are located at the top of the site, before general property listings, and are randomly sorted with each student visit. When students use the smart search function, featured properties will appear first within the chosen category. The featured property option ensures that your rental listing receives the most exposure to students.
Static Positioning
You can upgrade your listing to remain static in one of the top 20 positions of either the general or featured section. (Based on availability. Price will vary depending on the position you select.)
Add External URL Link
This feature allows you to add a link to your website or a media page for your property.

Pricing
Your property is a single dwelling with one or more bedrooms or the entire dwelling for rent.
For example, a house, bedroom(s) in a house, an individual apartment or condo, or half of a duplex.

Your property is a building with two or more units for rent, where each unit is separate. For each multiple unit listing, you can list unlimited units within that property.
