Off Campus Housing Services

Looking to live off campus? Off Campus Living is here to help! From finding accommodations, to making sure you’re equipped with the tools to understand tenancy laws, to staying involved on campus. 

Our Off Campus Living Coordinator can provide resources and supports to Brock Students who are facing roommate conflict, landlord/tenant disagreements, property issues (appearance, living conditions, etc.), noise complaints and more.

Off Campus Listing Service

Brock has partnered with Places4Students.com to provide a platform for students to find rooms, houses or apartments for rent; find or post sublets; find housemates; or create your own student profile with your accommodation needs. Our service is completely free for Brock students! 

Visit Brock’s Places4Students.com page to view available accommodations! 

IMPORTANT: When creating your student profile on Places4Students.com, please register with your Brock email address.

Niagara Community Legal Clinic

Students looking for legal support can contact the Niagara Community Legal Clinic, which offers free legal services to Brock students. The Legal Clinic can offer advice on issues such as tenant and housing rights, employment law, and human rights. More information can be found on the BUSU and Niagara Community Legal Clinic websites. Please contact 905-682-6635 or visit the BUSU portal to make an appointment. Please be sure to leave a voicemail as the Legal Clinic will need to call you back to book an appointment.
