New crop of cider students

Steven Trussler (right) of Brock's Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI), led a tasting in the Cider and Perry Production foundation course taking place at the University this week. Twenty-five students are attending the course, which is the only one of its kind offered in Canada. Advanced-level cider and perry production courses were recently unveiled and will take place this summer and fall at CCOVI.
