The Goodman Group recently delivered a customized Project Management Fundamentals program for the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA), with 14 participants graduating on Tuesday, Dec. 12.  Designed to enhance NPCA's project management capabilities and meet organizational goals, the program included interactive sessions, practical exercises and real-world projects. Hands-on experience and project coaching provided participants with opportunities to apply lessons from the program to their work.
