First-year Concurrent Education student Shannon Degroot learned about Canadian Blood Services volunteer opportunities from third-year Medical Sciences student Abigale Phillips and fourth-year Biological Sciences student Alexandra Leone during the Brock Cares Volunteer Fair Thursday, Sept. 14. Along with Canadian Blood Services, the event hosted 20 community and campus partners, such as Alzheimer Society Niagara Region, Education Foundation of Niagara, Learning Disabilities Association of Niagara Region, Niagara Parks and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Niagara.
