Third-year Oenology and Viticulture (OEVI) student Jane MacDonald is one step closer to making her first wine. MacDonald worked on the stabilization stage of her Vidal on Monday, Feb. 24 along with fellow students in an OEVI Applied Grape and Wine Science class run out of the Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute.
