The Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Services is looking for staff and faculty volunteers to help with Fall Convocation, which takes place on Friday, Oct. 16.Brock employees will play a key role in making Fall Convocation a moment to remember for the University’s newest graduates and their loved ones.
The Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Services is inviting faculty and staff to volunteer in a variety of roles during Brock’s 120th Convocation, which takes place Friday, Oct. 16, including welcoming guests, assisting graduands in the gowning room, announcing graduates’ names and distributing diplomas.
Ceremonies will take place at 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Applicants can select the times they would like to volunteer and must have approval from their manager or supervisor if shifts fall during scheduled work hours.
