The Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Services is seeking staff and faculty volunteers to assist with Spring Convocation ceremonies, which will take place from Tuesday, June 9 to Friday, June 12.From joyful photos to milestone moments on stage, Brock’s Spring Convocation is an unforgettable celebration.
The 119th Convocation ceremonies will take place from Tuesday, June 9 to Friday, June 12. Brock employees are invited to be a part of this significant student experience by volunteering in a variety of roles, including welcoming guests, assisting graduands in the gowning room, announcing graduates’ names and distributing diplomas.
Applicants can select the dates and times they would like to volunteer and must have approval from their manager or supervisor if shifts fall during scheduled work hours.
