Brock employees have the chance to be part of a milestone moment when graduating students cross the stage next month.

The Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Services is looking for staff and faculty volunteers for the University’s 118th Convocation, which takes place on Friday, Oct. 17.

A variety of volunteer opportunities are available, including welcoming guests, assisting graduands in the gowning room and distributing diplomas.

Applicants can select the times that work best for them and must get approval from their manager or supervisor if volunteer shifts fall during their scheduled work hours.
