The entire Brock community is invited to the official launch of the University’s new institutional strategic plan.
The launch event will happen Thursday, Nov. 7 at 10:30 a.m. in Bob Davis Gymnasium.
“A clear, forward-looking strategic plan — developed in consultation with the entire community — is critical for Brock’s continued success,” says Lesley Rigg, President and Vice-Chancellor. “This plan will serve as our roadmap for years to come, guiding us as we deliver on our promise of transforming people and reimagining the future through curiosity, creativity and courage.”
The new strategic plan builds on the foundation of Niagara Roots — Global Reach and highlights Brock’s commitment to its growing research enterprise, environmental, social and economic sustainability, internationalization, and fostering an equitable, inclusive and accessible environment for all.
The result of a highly collaborative process, the strategic plan was informed by extensive consultation with a range of stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, alumni, members of the Board of Trustees and Senate, and community members. The process was guided by a steering committee with representation from across the campus community.
Campus community members are asked to RSVP their attendance of the launch event through ExperienceBU. Livestream information will be made available closer to the date.
