Ancillary Services survey aims to enhance on-campus experience

Brock’s Ancillary Services is inviting faculty and staff to share their feedback on parking, printing services, the Campus Store and select on-campus dining options in a new survey.

Results from the survey, along with those collected from a similar student-focused survey launched in March, will be used to enhance the on-campus experience, improve product offerings and customer service, and identify opportunities for the future.

“We recognize that the needs of Brock’s faculty and staff are often different from those of Brock’s student population,” says Ed Wall, Associate Vice-President of Ancillary Services. “Our goal is to provide services that support both groups, and these surveys are crucial in ensuring we’re achieving that goal.”

Survey responses are anonymous, and participants have the option of providing their email address after submitting the survey for a chance to win one of five $100 Pen Centre gift cards. These email addresses will not be connected to any feedback submitted and will only be used to contact the five winners.

Now open, the survey closes Friday, July 5 and can be accessed here.
