The Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Services is seeking staff and faculty volunteers to assist with Spring Convocation ceremonies, which will take place from Monday, June 10 to Friday, June 14.Brock’s Spring Convocation ceremonies are some of the most joyous and memorable celebrations of the year.
Staff and faculty hoping to be a part of those milestone moments in students’ lives have an opportunity to do just that.
The 115th Convocation ceremonies will take place from Monday, June 10 to Friday, June 14 and Brock employees are invited to volunteer in a variety of roles.
Applicants can select the dates and times they are available to volunteer and must have permission from their manager or supervisor if the times overlap with their regular work hours.
A list of volunteer roles, including welcoming guests, preparing graduands in the gowning room, reading out graduates’ names and giving out diplomas, along with the sign-up form can be found on Brock’s Convocation website. The application deadline is Friday, May 24.
