Attendees in their best denim and jewelry will raise funds for local high school students at the annual Denim, Diamonds and Diplomas event.A beloved Brock event is encouraging attendees to wear their best denim and jewelry this week in support of a good cause.
On Thursday, Feb. 15, members of the Brock community are invited to attend the ninth annual Denim, Diamonds and Diplomas gala to raise funds for students who will be the first in their families to receive a post-secondary education.
Hosted by the Brock Leaders Citizenship Society, this year’s event will take place at Lakeview Wine Co. in Niagara-on-the-Lake from 7 to 10 p.m. and will feature music from DJ Dave Stiles, a photo booth and charcuterie options.
There will also be a silent auction and a raffle for a handmade pendant from Jewelry by Michael, with all proceeds from the night going toward bursaries for first-generation students from the DSBN Academy.
