The Brock University Students’ Union (BUSU) is now hiring students for part-time and full-time jobs for the 2024-25 academic year.
BUSU employs hundreds of students each year, providing flexible on-campus work experience that allows students to contribute to the Brock community.
BUSU Vice-President, University Affairs Carleigh Charlton says she has learned valuable leadership and collaboration skills while working at BUSU over the past year.
“I’ve had the opportunity to help create positive change on campus, for both current and future students, and had the privilege to work on some amazing projects. Working at BUSU has taught me so much that I don’t think I would have learned this early on if it wasn’t for my time here.”
Part-time positions generally start in August and include opportunities to work in food services, marketing and communications, video production, advocacy, administration, events and more.
Full-time positions start in May. These include the roles of President; Vice-President, University Affairs; Vice-President, External Affairs; and Vice-President, Student Services.
Job descriptions and application instructions are now available on the BUSU website. Applications close on Sunday, March 3.
