With Brock’s 114th Convocation just weeks away, the Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Services is seeking staff and faculty volunteers to help graduating students celebrate their milestone moment.

From welcoming guests and preparing graduands in the gowning room to reading out graduates’ names and giving out diplomas, faculty and staff volunteers have a number of opportunities to participate in Fall Convocation on Friday, Oct. 13.

Applicants can select the dates and times they are available to volunteer and must receive permission from their manager or supervisor if the times overlap with their regular work hours.

A list of volunteer roles and sign-up form can be found on Brock’s Convocation website. The application deadline is Friday, Sept. 29.
