Parking education period ends Friday

Brock parking ambassadors have been on a mission to educate drivers before parking enforcement begins on campus starting Monday, Sept. 25.

Over the past three weeks, ambassadors have helped customers understand their parking options, issued zero dollar warning tickets and placed educational slips on vehicles reminding customers about parking rules and regulations.

The Parking Services team encourages customers to ensure they have their vehicle registered through a permit or to purchase paid parking to avoid enforcement action.

Important reminders for those parking at Brock:

  • Paid parking is required on campus Monday to Friday 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.
  • Parking options include permits or hourly, daily, five-pack or monthly paid parking through HONK mobile.
  • Vehicles with outstanding tickets will be subject to updated parking rules and regulations, which include vehicle booting. Tickets can be paid online.
  • Up to two vehicles can be registered to a permit, with one vehicle permitted to park on campus at a time. Should both vehicles need to be on campus at the same time, a payment for the second vehicle can be paid through HONK mobile.

The main Parking Services office is located in the Campus Store and open Monday to Friday 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. A new Parking Guest Services desk is now located in the Rankin Family Pavilion, alongside Campus Safety Services. The desk will be open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. for customer and guest support, including the HONK mobile app and paid parking payment support.
