Brock University and the Brock University Faculty Association (BUFA) reached a tentative collective agreement on Wednesday, July 5, 2023. 

Upon ratification, the tentative agreement would succeed the current collective agreement as of July 1, 2023. 

Details regarding the new agreement will not be released until both parties have ratified it with their principals. 

BUFA represents 581 faculty and professional librarian members at the University.
