Feedback sought on Respectful Work and Learning Environment Policy

Brock is inviting feedback from the University community on its Respectful Work and Learning Environment Policy (RWLEP).

The RWLEP outlines the University’s commitment to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive community where students, staff, faculty members and librarians can work and learn in an environment that respects the dignity and worth of members of the University community. The associated procedures outline details related to the policy’s operationalization.

The RWLEP is currently under review. The University is inviting feedback or suggestions on the policy and its procedures from Brock students, staff, faculty members and librarians.

The consultation process will run until Wednesday, March 1 and will include:

  • An online consultation portal, through which members of the University community can submit their feedback on the RWLEP. The portal is now open and will remain available until March 1; and
  • Targeted meetings with stakeholders on campus who interact closely with the policy and/or who play a role in operationalizing it.

All members of the University community are invited to provide their feedback on the RWLEP through the consultation portal before March 1.
