Brock’s mascot, Boomer the Badger, will join members of the Brock community as they accompany the University’s festive holiday float in the Niagara-on-the-Lake Christmas Parade on Saturday, Dec. 10. Brock students and employees are invited to join President Lesley Rigg in her first holiday parade with the University.
Faculty, staff, librarians and students are all welcome to be a part of Brock’s float in the Niagara-on-the-Lake Christmas Parade on Saturday, Dec. 10.
The parade route will begin at 11 a.m. in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake at the intersection of King and Centre streets and then travel its traditional route down Castlereagh, Wellington, Byron/Prideaux, Simcoe and Queen streets.
Participants are asked to meet at Brock University’s float for 10:15 a.m. The location will be emailed later this week to those who have signed up.
Warm holiday and winter-themed attire is encouraged as well as Brock University spirit wear.
