Workday redesign personalizes experience, improves search

Brock University’s Workday platform is getting an upgrade that will personalize employees’ homepage user experience and improve search functionality.

‘Workday People Experience’ uses machine learning to create a personalized and intelligent employee experience aimed at improving efficiency, knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

Launching Saturday, Sept. 10, the new experience will include an enhanced search that provides more relevant results as well as a redesigned homepage that highlights the most frequently accessed employee tasks, inbox items awaiting action, timely suggestions, top apps and announcements. Employees will also be able to customize features to meet their needs.

A video tour and job aid accessible only to Brock employees is available to review the new features and detail how to customize the experience.
