Campus Store ready for return of in-store customers

While online shopping remains an option, Brock University’s Campus Store is excited to welcome customers back in person.

“Over the past three years, we have relied heavily on our e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to engage with customers,” said Jen Lawson, Director Campus Store, Parking and Commercial Services. “It’s so wonderful seeing the traffic back in store.”

To support the beginning-of-term rush, store hours have been extended throughout September. Beginning this week until Friday, Sept. 16, customers can shop in store weekdays from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. The store will also be open Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Textbook purchases remain online only, with access to the textbook area closed in store. Delivery options include day courier delivery in one to three business days or in-store pick-up 48 hours after an order is placed. My Course list, a personalized course material list based on courses registered and what professors have ordered, is available to customers by logging in with their Brock ID.

Textbook buyback also returns after being paused March 2020, and will run from Tuesday, Sept. 6 to Friday, Sept. 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. outside of the Campus Store.

Customers looking to speak with a Campus Store team member are encouraged to use the Campus Store Live Chat, which is monitored weekdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Campus Store is a University-operated business with revenue supporting student programs on campus.

“Keeping the dollars on campus is important for Brock and the student experience,” said Lawson.
