Brock is looking for volunteers and campus departments interested in sharing their University pride during the Niagara 2022 Canada Summer Games.
Faculty, staff and student volunteers have the chance to represent Brock at a promotion tent stationed in the heart of Niagara Place, which will serve as the hub for an outdoor festival throughout the Games. From Saturday, Aug. 6 to Sunday, Aug. 21 , the tent will be located in the parking lot beside the new state-of-the-art Canada Games Park sports facility next to Brock’s main campus.
“Volunteers will help operate the tent and have the freedom to distribute swag and other items to guests,” said Alumni Relations Officer Emily O’Connor. “We’re currently in the process of collecting Brock-branded swag from across all departments to champion the University during this once-in-a-life-time opportunity.”
The tent will allow volunteers and employees to show their Badger pride and chat with the public about all things Brock while showcasing campus-wide services, the brand and the achievements of the University’s researchers and faculty, including Brock’s high-calibre undergraduate and graduate programs.
Those interested in donating their time or resources are asked to fill out the form on the Brock University Alumni Relations website.
